PFCI is a distinguished service mark of the Society of American Florists (SAF), the association that connects and cultivates a thriving floral community through training, education, marketing resources and advocacy. It honors professionals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise in floral design, flower care and handling, and business management, and who are trusted voices in educating and inspiring floral professionals and consumer audiences nationwide.

Induction into PFCI follows a rigorous evaluation process by the PFCI Board of Trustees, recognizing only those individuals who have proven their ability to speak with authority and passion about key floral industry topics.
As a PFCI inductee, Eileen is available as a speaker and educator for garden clubs, civic organizations, community groups, and industry events, sharing expert insight on floral design, flower care and handling, and the role flowers play in everyday life and special occasions.
The official induction ceremony took place during the Stars of the Industry Awards at SAF’s annual convention, marking a significant milestone in Eileen’s professional journey and ongoing commitment to floral education and industry excellence.
